Percival is a strong and lawyer, a seasoned finance and investment professional with significant expertise in the Private Equity and Venture Capital industry in Ghana. He is currently General manager of Venture Capital Trust Fund. He is also a lawyer with a special focus on corporate and commercial practice and transactions. He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association. Percival was the General Manager of one of the largest Asset Management Companies in Ghana. Before that, Percival was the General Manager of Prime Equity Investments at the Ghana Growth Fund where he managed the fund’s major private equity investments in the financial services sector as well as agro-related businesses across Ghana.

Prior to joining Ghana Growth Fund, Percival was the Deputy General Manager and Head of Investments at Venture Capital Trust Fund where he provided strategic leadership for all aspects of the Trust Fund’s investments in risky financial assets including venture capital funds, angel investments and impact investment vehicles. He is a skilled business valuation expert and has performed and supervised several valuation and investment appraisal projects both in Ghana and also in the USA, where he worked in the investment banking space.
